About the event
Dementia Friendly Fairfax (DFF) is an initiative to bring awareness of and support for those who are living with dementia and their caregivers in Fairfax County. Join your community and learn the actions taken to make Fairfax County dementia friendly and how you can be a part of it. Action team members include home care, assisted living, care managers, county staff, community members, adult day centers and many more. Attend a meeting and learn more, all are welcome
